hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful owner
of the premises above granted and seized thereof in fee simple
absolute.  And that he will warrant and defend the above granted
premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever.

  Alachua County State of Florida this Indenture made this
eighth day of December AD 1876 Green R. Moore of the
first part of the State and County of the aforesaid & Wm Hone
of the City of Savannah State of Georgia of the second part
Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of five hundred dollars $500.00
to me in hand paid by the said Wm Hone party of the
second part doth bargain sell & release unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever a 
certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being 
in the County and State aforesaid described as follows
The North West quarter & North West of the south west quarter
of section twenty eight(28) township eleven range eighteen
South & East, containing two hundred acres (200) To Have
and to Hold the aforesaid premises & all the improvements
& rights thereto belonging to the said Wm Hone his heirs
executors administrators & assigns in fee simple in witness
whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year above
