 This Indenture made and entered into this eighth day of
February 1877 between James Doig and Wm H. Robertson
and Frances W. Doig and Margaret E. Robertson wives of said
James Doig and Wm H. Robertson (who join in this deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing their right of Dower to the premises
hereinafter conveyed) of the first part and Delay J. Hollister of the
second part.
            Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to them in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain and sell and convey to the party of the second part all
that tract or parcel of land known and described on the map
of Voyles survey of 1876 as lots 1 and 2 Block 2 Range 2 of an
eastern addition to the town of Gainesville, County of Alachua and State
of Florida.  To have and to hold to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns with the rights and appurtenances
thereto belonging and the title to the same the said parties of the
first part to the party of the second part his heirs and 
assigns shall and will forever defend warrant and 
defend by these presents.
