wife of James Doig and Margaret E. Robertson wife of Wm H.
Robertson, to me personally known who having been first ex-
amined by me separately and apart from their said husbands
acknowledged that they renounced and relinquished all their
right of Dower in and to the premises conveyed in the foregoing
deed made by them and James Doig and Wm H. Robertson to
Delay J. Hollister and dated on the eighth day of February
1877 freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion con-
straint, apprehension or fear of or from their said husbands
                                      and Frances W. Doig
and also appeared before me James Doig,^and Wm H. Robertson
and Margaret E. Robertson and acknowledged that they had
executed the said deed for the purposes therein stated.

This Indenture made this the fifteenth day of January AD Eighteen
hundred and seventy seven between Martha B. Wilson and
Harris E. Wilson of the State of Florida County of Alachua parties
of the first part and William C. Summers of the same
place party of the second part Witnesseth: that the said par-
ties of the first part in and for the consideration of the sum
of Two hundred ($200.00) Dollars to them in hand paid by the
party of the second part at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these    first
presents bargain & sell unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns a certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being situate in the State and County above written
known as the east half and the south west quarter of the
north east quarter of section one Township eight of Range
Eighteen (18) south & eat contained one hundred (acres)
and (thirty) twenty acres more or less Together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining Also all the estate right title interest claim
or demand whatsoever of them the said parties of the first part
in and to the same. To have and to Hold all and singular
the above mentioned premises together with the appurten-
ances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever And the parties of the first part for themselves
and their heirs and assigns The said premises in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part
