This Indenture the Seventh day of February in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven between
Louise A. Burritt of the first part And Arthur H. Reed of the 
second part; Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America, to her in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents, the receipt wher of is hereby
acknowledged hath remised, released and quit claimed, and
by these presents doth remise, release, and quit claim, unto the
said part of the second part and to heirs and assigns, forever
All that certain lot tract or parcel of land lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, and known and
described as follows, Viz Section Number Thirty-five (35) in Town-
ship Number Nine (9) in Range Number Nineteen (19) containing
Six Hundred and thirty nine 52/100 acres (639 50/100) being the 
lands conveyed by Moses E. Levy and others to Thomas Douglas
father of party of first part by Deed dated April 5 1850. Also
all that tract lot or parcel of land lying and being in the
town of Newnansville in said County and State. And known and
described upon the plan or plat of said town as Lot Number
Two (2) in Block Number Two (2) Range Number Four (4) of
the Alachua County reserve at the town of Newnansville
