Together with all singular the tenements hereditaments and appur-
tenancies thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof;  and also all estate right title interest separate
estate dower and right of dower property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said part
of the first of in and to the above described premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have and to
hold all and singular the above mentioned and described prem-
ises together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the

 This Indenture made the Seventh day of February in the year of
our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven between
William Wirt Douglas and Eliza H. Douglas his wife parties of 
the first part and Arthur M. Reed all of the County of Duval
and State of Florida party of the second part. Witnesseth That
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
the sum of Five Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by the said part of the second
