said County and State and known and described upon the plan
or plat of said town as Lot Number Two (2) in Block Number
Two (2) Range Number Four (4) of the Alachua County reserve at
the town of Newnansville. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances as thereunto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and rever-
sions remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof And also all the estate right title interest separate
estate dower and right of dower property posession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part, of in and to the above mentioned
premises and described premises together with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever

Public of the State of Florida acknowledge and declare that I did
make myself a party to and executed the foregoing Quit claim Deed
for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing my dower and right
of dower in and to the lands therein described and granted, and
that I did the same freely and voluntarily and without any compul-
sion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my said husband

before me a Judicial officer of the State of Florida the above named
Eliza H. Douglas to me well known as the wife of William
Wirt Douglas and as one of the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance who being at
the time separate and apart from her said husband the said Eliza
H. Douglas did then and there make and execute the foregoing
acknowledgement her name being with her own hand sub-
scribed and her seal affixed in my presence. |
