and Immigration Company, for itself and assigns, and for all
others claiming, by through or under it, does covenant and
agree, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these
Presents the said company is seized of a good and indefe-
asible fee simple to the above premises, and has good right to convey
the same, as it has conveyed the same, free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description; and that the said party of the second
part her administrators heirs and assigns, shall quietly and
peaceably, and may at all times hereafter have use occupy
possess and enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same. And
that it will at any and at all times make such further
covenants, conveyances and assurances at the expense of
the second part as she the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns or Council learned in the law may
require.
             In witness whereof, the said party of the first
part has caused its Corporate seal to be hereunto affixed and
these presents to be subscribed by its President and Resident
Manager, the day and year first above written.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 10th day of January in
the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven between Mary
J. Brown and Jackson Brown her husband of the State & County afore
said of the first part and Michul O. Harra of the same State & County of
the second part. Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars lawful Money of the
United States to them duly paid before the delivery hereof hath bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant & convey to the said party of the
second party of the heirs & assigns forever, that certain piece or
parcel of land lying & being in the town of Gainesville in said
State and County and known and described as follows: one half
acre of land in the South West corner of the East half of lot
No 37 of Brown addition to said town. Said lot lying west and
adjoining the lot of P.M. Oliver. To have and to hold the above mention
ed and described premises together with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs Executors or Administra-
tors forever. And the said parties of the first part their heirs Executors
