of me in the premises unto the said Amos Baxter his heirs and as-
signs in fee simple forever. And I, the said Martha E. Woolard for
myself and my heirs do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said Amos
Baxter his heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of the said premises
and am seized of a good and indefeasible estate of inheritance therein
and that I have good full right and power to sell and convey the same
in fee simple and clear of all encumbrances. That the said Amos Bax-
ter his heirs and assigns may forever hold and possess and enjoy the
same without any molestation or intrusion of any person whatever law-
fully claiming any right therein. And that I, Martha E. Woolard
my heirs and assigns will warent and defend the said premises with
all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Amos
Baxter and his heirs and assigns forever.

Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered into this the twentieth
day of March one thousand eight hundred and seventy six between
Mary E. Bevin of the first part and John S. Flewellen of the second
part both of the County and State aforesaid Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and
fifty dollars lawful money of the United States to her duly paid before
the delivery hereof hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth
grant and convey to the said party of the second part his heirs and as-
signs forever all that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in
the County and State aforesaid and which is known and described as
follows to wit: South half of South West qr of section (17) seventeen in
Township (10) ten Range (14) fourteen East containing eighty acres
more or less together with all and singular the tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances and all the estate title and inter-
est of the said party of the first part therein and the said party
