Alachua County   } Know all men by these Presents that I, William D.
Lewis of said County for and in consideration of fifty dollars to
me in hand   the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do give
grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Walter S. Land of said County
and State aforesaid one third interest in south west quarter of Section
twenty two Township ten Range Twenty East. The said parcel of
land lying and being in the State of Florida County of Alachua
and known as the "sink Hole" with all the privileges and ap-
purtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have and to hold the above granted premises to the said
Walter S. Land his heirs executors administrators and assigns
forever in fee simple. And the said William D. Lewis my
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns do covenant
with said Walter S. Land his heirs executors administrators and
assigns that I will and that my heirs executors administrators
and assigns shall warrant and defend the same to the said
Walter S. Land his heirs executors administrators and assigns
against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whom-
soever. In testimony whereof the said William D. Lewis have
hereunto set my hand and seal this the 15th day of February

Alachua County   } Personally appeared before me W.W. Carter
to me well known who acknowledged that he saw the fore-
going deed executed and that he was one of the subscribing 
witnesses and that he saw the other also sign it for the purposes
therein set forth.

This Indenture made and entered into this February 17th AD 1877 between
Richard H. Black and Annie L.L. Black wife of said Richard Black
who became a party to this conveyance for the purpose of renoun-
cing and relinquishing her rights of Dower to the premises herein-
after conveyed of the first part and James B. Colgate of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of three hundred & fifty dollars to them in hand
