Alachua County  } Before me P.H. Young a justice of the Peace in and
for said County personally came P.M. Oliver who being duly sworn says
under oath that he saw the foregoing deed of conveyance signed &
sealed by Edwin W. L'Engle, Eliza L'Engle and Jane W. Elliott and that he
and G.P. Thomas in the presence of each other signed the same as
subscribing witnesses to the same. }

and for said County personally came Mrs Jane W. Elliott wife of
Henry Elliott and Mrs Eliza H. L'Engle wife of Edwin W. L'Engle who
being examined by me separately and apart from their said hus
bands acknowledged in my presence that they signed the fore-
going deed of conveyance freely and voluntarily and without
any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from their
said husbands and for purpose of renouncing and relinquishing
all right of dower in and to the property conveyed in the said
deed.

   This Indenture made this twenty Eighth day of December in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & seventy six between William K.
Cessna and Julia Cessna his wife who joins her husband in this deed for the purpose
of renouncing and relinquishing her Dower, parties of the first part and Mary Ann
Raymond of the second part Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.) lawful money of the United
States to them in hand paid by the party of the second part at & before the ensealing
& delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained aliened remised released conveyed & confirmed and by these presents do
grant, bargain, alien, remise, release convey and confirm unto said party of the second
part & to her heirs and assigns forever all the following described lands in the North
East quarter of the North East quarter the North half of the North West quarter, the north half of
the South East quarter and the north East quarter of the South West quarter of Section three
Township Eight South Range twenty East containing two hundred and forty acres
more or less together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments & appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining & the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders
rents, issues & profits thereof And also all the Estate right title interest Dower, right of
