This Indenture made this sixth day of June in the year one thousand
eight hundred and seventy four between D.G. Anderson of the State of
South Carolina of the first part and Annie Martha Jackson of the
second part. Witnesseth = that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars lawful
money of the United States to him duly paid before the delivery
hereof doth bargain and sell and by these Presents doth grant
and convey to the said party of the second part her heirs and
assigns forever, All that certain piece or parcel of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida in
Section (4) four Township ten (10) Range Twenty (20) East and
which is Known and described as follows to wit = Said
Lot situated on the East of the Florida Rail Road and
North of the M.E. grave yard commencing at a stake on
the Section line between Section 3 and 4 running north
on the Section line two hundred and ten feet to a
stake thence West six hundred and thirty feet to a stake
thence South two hundred and ten feet to a stake thence East
six hundred and thirty feet to point of commencement
together with all the estate title and interest of the said
party of the first part therein. And the said party of the
first part does hereby covenant and agree with the said
party of the second part that at the time of delivery
hereof the said party of the first part is the lawful
owner of the premises above granted and seized
thereof in fee simple and absolute. And that he will
warrant and defend the above granted premises in the
quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever.
