presents that I Sarah E. Raulerson of the above
State and County aforesaid in consideration of
the sum of $200.00 (Two hundred dollars lawfull money
to me in hand paid by Nathan C. Pettit of Illinois the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do grant bargain sell and
convey unto the said Nathan C. Pettit his heirs and assigns
forever a certain tract or parcel of land situated in the
State of Florida and County of Alachua and bound and
described as follows to wit (5) five acres lying in the (SE
1/4) South east quarter of South west quarter (SW1/4) of Section
(14) fourteen (T8) Township eight Range (21S) twenty one South
and East commencing at the (NE) North east corner of the south
East quarter of the South West quarter and running west one
hundred and thirty yards thence one hundred and eighty six 2/13 yds
South thence one hundred and thirty yards east thence one
hundred and Eighty six 2/13 yards North to the point of beginning
To have and to hold the above descried land to the said
Nathan C. Pettit his heirs and assigns forever and I the said
Sarah E. Raulerson for her self and her heirs Executors and
administrators do covenant with the said Nathan C. Pettit his
heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in fee simple
of the aforesaid granted land that the above described land
is free from incumbrance. That I have good right to sell and
convey the same to said Nathan C. Pettit his heirs and assigns
forever as aforesaid and that I will and my heirs Executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the same to
said Nathan C. Pettit his heirs and assigns forever against
the lawfull claims & Demands of all persons
