said Nathan C. Pettit for the purposes therein
specified and the said Sarah E. Raulerson being
separate and absent from her said Husband
acknowledged that she executed the same freely
and voluntarily and without compulsion constraint
or fear of it from her said Husband

Made this second day of November
AD One thousand eight hundred and seventy six between
Theodore A. Beck of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida
of the first part and Mattie E. Robinson of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of $50.00 fifty dollars lawful money of the United States
to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have remised released sold and and conveyed
and by these presents do remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and to her heirs
and assigns forever all the right title interest or claim
in and to the following described parcel or lot of land lying
and being in the County and State aforesaid To wit
Commencing at the south west corner of the (NE1/4) North East
