This Indenture made this sixteenth day of November
in the year of our lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy six between Richard W.D. Bryan Bachelor
of Washington District of Columbia of the first part
and Nicholas Acker of the same place of the second
part Witnesseth That the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the Sum of Twelve Thousand
Dollars in lawful money of the United States to
him in hand paid by the party of the second part
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and convey and does by
these presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release
and convey unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever the following described
real estate situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua in the State of Florida and known
as a part of the Phil Dell Plantation and more
particularly described according to the Official
survey of said County and State as Lots ten (10)
eleven (11) and twelve (12) in section (19) nineteen the
east one half of the south west one quarter of
section twenty (20) and the South east one quarter
of section twenty (20) the west one - half of the
North East one - quarter the east one - half of
the North west one - quarter the west one half of
the south east one quarter and the south west one
quarter of section twenty nine (29) Lots one (1) three
(3) nine (9) ten (10) eleven (11) twelve (12) and the south
one - half of lot four (4) in section thirty (30) Lots
one (1) two (2) three (3) twelve (12) thirteen (13) fourteen (14)
the south one - half of lot eleven (11) the north one
half of lot five (5) and the east one half of the
north one half of lot six (6) in section thirty one
(31) the north west one - quarter and the west one half
of the north east one one quarter of section thirty
two all of said lots parts of lots and sections above
enumerated being in township seven (7) South and
range twenty (20) east said Plantation containing 2220
acres of land more or less Together with all the
improvements, ways easements rights privileges appurten-
-ances and hereditaments to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining and all the remainders reversions
rents issues and profits thereof; and all the estate
right title interest claim and demand whatsoever
either at law or in equity of the said party of the
first part of in to or out of the said pieces or parcels
of land and premises
To have and to hold the said pieces or parcels of land
and premises with the appurtenances unto the said
