party of the second part his heirs and assigns
to his sole use benefit and behoof forever and the
said Richard W.D. Bryan for his heirs executors
and administrators does hereby covenant promise and
agree to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that he the said party of the first
part and his heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend
the said pieces or parcels of land and premises and appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
from and against the claims of all persons claiming or to
claim the same or any party thereof by from under or through
him them or any of them and further that he the said party
of the first part and his heirs shall and will at any and at all
times hereafter upon the request and at the cost of the said
party of the second part his heirs or assigns make and execute
all such other Deed or Deeds or other assurance in law for the
more more certain and effectual conveyance of the said
pieces or parcels of land and premises and appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs or assigns as the
said party of the second part his his heirs or assigns or his
Counsel learned in the law shall advise devise or require

Be it remembered that on this the 14th day of February
AD 1877 at Washington City in the District and County
aforesaid before the subscriber Chief and presiding
of the Supreme Court of the said District of Columbia
which said Court is a Court of record and general
jurisdiction and has a seal and a clerk personally
appeared Richard W.D. Bryan Bachelor to me known
to be the individual named in and who executed the
foregoing conveyance and who acknowledged that he did
execute said conveyance for the purposes expressed
therein in testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed
my hand and affixed my Seal the day and year above
