right to sell and convey the same to the party of the second part as afore-
said and the said parties of the first part do sell convey and warrant the above
described property to said party of the second part & they their heirs, executors
and administrators will ever warrant and defend the same.

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Sarah C. Wynn
Alachua County   } wife of S.G. Wynn named in the foregoing Deed conveying
Real Estate for & in consideration of the premises in said deed mentioned & one
dollar to me in hand paid by Ida Avera grantee in said Deed mentioned 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released, relinquished
renounced, & by these presents do reliquish renounce & forever quit claim
unto the said Ida Avera all my dower and right of dower in & to the
lands described and in the foregoing Deed mentioned & conveyed. To have
& to hold the same unto Ida Avera her heirs & assigns forever. And I do hereby
acknowledge that I do the same freely & voluntarily and without any compul-
sion constraint apprehension or fear of or from my said husband.
     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 30th
day of June AD 1876.

State of Florida } Be it remembered that on this 30th day of June AD 1876 be-
Alachua County   } fore me R.F. Taylor Notary Public for Alachua Coty personally
came Sarah C. Wynne (wife of S.G. Wynn) who upon an examination by me
separate and apart from her husband acknowledged that she did make, sign
& seal & deliver the foregoing deed conveying her separate property freely, voluntarily &
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from her husband.
     Witness my hand and seal this 30th day of June AD 1876.
