being at the time separate and apart from her husband
the said David L. Branning did then and there make
and execute the foregoing acknowledgement her name
being with her own hand subscribed and her seal affixed

This Indenture made the fifteenth day of
January Anno Domini eighteen hundred and seventy
seven between Mary V. Walker of the City of
Wilmington County of New Hanover and State o
North Carolina party of the first part and
W.A. Geiger of the town of Archer County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the second
part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of
One hundred dollars to her in hand paid by
the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred and do by these
presents do give grant alien bargain sell transfer
and convey unto the said party of the second part
to his heirs administrators and assigns forever all that
certain lot tract or parcel of land situate lying
and being in the town of Archer County of Alachua
and State of Florida and known and described on the
official map of said Town as lot number three
in Block number twenty which said lot or parcel
of land has a frontage and measures thirty three
feet on Reserve street which bounds it on the
north west and extends seventy five feet to
Helveston street which bounds it on the South
east (Lot 3 Block 20) together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all
the estate right title and interest property claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity |
