of the said party of the first part of in and to the same
with the appurtenances to have and to hold the above described
premises with the appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs administrators
and assigns as their absolute property in fee simple for-
-ever and the said Mary V. Walker for himself and all others
claiming by, through, and under him does covenant and
agree that she is seized in fee simple of a good and
indefeasible estate in and to the above premises by Deed from
the Trustee of the Florida Rail Road Company bearing date the
12th day of June 1867, and that she has conveyed the same free
and discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description created by herself and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described premises
against all persons whatsoever, lawfully claiming by through
or under her the said party of the first part. In testimo-

This Indenture made this the sixth day of January
eighteen hundred and seventy seven between Elizabeth S.
Mixson of the County of Marion and State of Florida
party of the party of the part and Wade A. Geiger of
Alachua County and State of Florida party of the second
part Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One hundred and sixty
dollars to her in hand paid by the party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath this day granted sold and conveyed unto the
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
all that part or piece of land lying and being situate
in the said County of Alachua State aforesaid
