This Indenture made this the 9th day of August
eighteen hundred and seventy six between Malinda Richard
of said county and state of the one part and Harvey N. Richard
 son of said Malinda Richard
^of the same County and State of the other part, Witnesseth that,
that the said Malinda Richard for and in consideration
of the sum of Five Dollars lawful money of the United
States to her in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged and for and in consideration of the natural
love and affection which she has and bears to her said
son hath given granted and conveyed and doth by these
presents give grant and convey to the said Harvey
N. Richard his heirs and assigns forever all that tract or
parcel of land lying and being in the County of 
Alachua and State of Florida and known and described
as follows: to wit, The south half of the north half
of the north east quarter the south half of the north
east quarter and the north half of the north half
of the south east quarter of section thirty five
Township six south of Range eighteen east containing
one hundred and sixty acres more or less. To have and 
to hold said tract or parcel of land, to him the said Harvey
N. Richard his heirs and assigns together with all and singular
the rights members and appurtenances to the same in any
manner belonging to his and their own proper use and
benefit forever in fee simple absolute.
