F. Beattie who upon an examination by me separate & apart from her said hus-
band acknowledged that she did make sign and seal the foregoing acknowledgment
& relinquishment freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint appre-
hension or fear of or from her said husband.

This Indenture made this eighth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy six between George Beatty with his wife Annie
Beatty of the County of Alachua & State of Florida parties of the first part
and Sarah C. Wynn of Alachua County Florida party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of fourteen (1400) dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
bargained sold conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do bargain sell
convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part & her heirs & as
signs forever all that certain tract or lot of land in section thirty three
33 Township nine (9) south of Range twenty (20) East in Alachua County
and State of Florida more fully described and bounded as follows to wit: be
ginning at a stake sixty (60) feet north of twenty two (22) chains and sixty
eight (68) links from the South West corner of section thirty three (33) township
nine (9) range twenty (20) S&E: thence on said section line running north
(from said stake three hundred & fifty (350) feet to another stake: thence running
East four hundred & eighty (480) feet to place of beginning containing three and a half
acres more or less. To have and to hold the said premises unto the said party
of the second part & her heirs & assigns in fee simple. Together with
all and singular the estate right property and appurtenances whatsoever
unto the above described premises in anywise belonging as well in law
