as in equity forever. And the said parties of the first part for
themselves, their heirs executors & administrators hereby covenant with the
said party of the second part that at the time of the delivery hereof, the
said parties of the first part are the lawful owners of the property
above sold and granted in fee simple that the said proeprty is free
from all incumbrances and the said parties of the first part have good
right to sell and convey the same to the said party of the second part
as aforesaid: and the said parties of the first part do sell convey and
forever warrant and will defend the title to the above described property by 
themselves their executors or administrators unto the said party her heirs
& assigns. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part hereunto set
their hands and seals the day & year first above written

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Annie Beattie wife
Alachua County   } of George F. Beattie grantor in the foregoing and conveying
real estate for & in consideration of the presmises mentioned in said deed and
one dollar to me in hand paid by Sarah C. Wynn grantee in said deed
mentioned, renounced and forever quit claim by these presents do relin-
quish renounce and forever quit claim unto the said Sarah C. Wynn
all of my dower and right of dower in and to the lands described in the fore-
going deed mentioned. To have and to hold the same unto the said Sarah
C. Wynn & her heirs & assigns forever. & I do hereby acknowledge that I do
the same freely, voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint, appre-
hension or fear of or from my said husband.
      In witness whereof I hereto set my hand & seal this 8th day of May AD 1876

State of Florida } Be it remembered that on this 30th day of June AD 1876 per-
Alachua County   } sonally came before me R.F. Taylor Notary Public the above
named Annie Beattie wife of George F. Beattie who upon examination be-
fore me separate & apart from her said husband acknowledgeed that she did
make sign & seal the foregoing acknowledgment and relinquishment of
dower freely voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband.  In witness whereof the said Annie
Beattie hereto sets her hand this 30th day of June AD 1876

State of Florida } Personally appeared before me undersigned the above
Alachua County   } named George F. Beattie and Annie Beattie his wife to me well
known who thereupon acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed
