  This Indenture made the 5th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy six between Fannie W. Campbell of the town of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and M.G. Hall of the town of
Waldo State & County aforesaid.  Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of fifty five dollars to her in hand paid lawful
money of the United States by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain
and sell unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the town of Waldo county and
State aforesaid and more particularly known and stated on the town plat as Lot
four (4) in Block six (6). Together with all and singular the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.  And the reversion
and remainders rents, issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest claim or demand whatsoever of her the said party of the first part
either in law or in equity of in and to the above bargained premises and
every part and parcel thereof.  To have and to hold to the said party of the
second his heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper use benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever.

Alachua County   } Before me a Justice of the Peace in and for said county person
ally came Mrs Fannie W. Campbell and Robt W. Campbell who severally acknowledged
                      deed of
the executed the within^conveyance for the purposes therein specified and upon a
separate examination apart from her husband the said Fannie W. Campbell says
she signed the same freely and voluntarily and without fear of or from
her said husband.
