who being separate and apart from her husband did then and there
make and execute the foregoing acknowledgement her name being with
her own hand subscribed in my presence.  Witness my hand and seal at

and Martha J.M. Weeks his wife known to me as the persons who
signed the foregoing deed of conveyance and acknowledged that they
executed the same for the purposes therein expressed and pray that

hand and seal this 10th day of May AD 1876.
