(Seal) I J.O. Dyckman presiding Justice of the Supreme
(seal) Court of the State of New York for the City and County
of New York do hereby certify that Wm Walsh whose name is
subscribed to the preceeding exemplefication, is the Clerk of the
said County of New York, and Clerk of said Supreme Court for
said County, duly elected and sworn, and that full faith and
credit are due to his official acts. I further certify, that
the seal affixed to the exemplefication is the seal of our said
Supreme Court, and that the attestation thereof is in due form.
