This Indenture made the 19th day of January in the year of our lord one
thousand eight hundred and seventy seven Between Virginia A. Branning
and D.L. Branning of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Amelia J. Harrison of Alachua County State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and
twenty five dollars ($125) Dollars lawfull money of the United States of
America to them in hand paid, by the party of the second part,
At or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained, sold
aliened remised, released conveyed, and confirmed and by these pres-

Thence west 6.01 (Six 1/100) chains to place of beginning containing
5 (Five) acres more together with all and singular the aforesaid
land Tenements hereditaments thereto belonging or in any wise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and the
remainders, rents issues and profits thereof, And also all the estate |
