19th day of January AD 1877 personally appeared before me a Justice
of the Peace of the State of Florida, the above named Virginia A. Bran-
-ning to me well known as the wife of David L. Branning and as
one of the persons described in and who executed the foregoing
Deed of Conveyance, who being at the time separate and apart from
her husband the said David L. Branning did then and there make
and execute the foregoing acknowledgement, her name being
with her own hand subscribed, and her seal affixed in my
presence Witness my hand and seal, at Waldo the day and

This Indenture made the 26th day of January in the year of our
lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy seven Between

Amelia J. Harrison of the County of New York and State of New
York of the first part and Amelia Legare of Waldo Alachua
County State of Florida of the second part, Witnesseth that the
said party of the first, for and in consideration of the sum
One hundred and twenty five ($125) Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America, to her in hand by the said
              second
party of the first part, at or before the ensealing or delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents does grant bargain sell
alien remise, release, convey and and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns, forever
all that lot or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida described as follows
Commencing at the NW corner of the SW1/4 of the SE1/4 of
sec 14 T 8 S R 21 E and running south 8 33/100 chains
(Eight 8 33/100) thence East 6.01 (Six 1/100) chains Thence North
8 33/100 (Eight 33/100) chains thence West 6.01 (six 1/00) chains to
the place of beginning containing 5 (five acres) excepting
a lot in SE corner consisting of one acre together
with all and singular the aforesaid lands tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
