I, Thomas Tillis for and in consideration of the sum of
Three hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Joseph J. Tillis at or
before the signing sealing and delivery of these presents do hereby grant
bargain sell and convey these presents Hath granted bargained
sold and conveyed unto the said Joseph J. Tillis his heirs and assigns
forever all my right title and interest in the following
parcels of land to wit the N1/2 of Lot No 4, the SW1/4 of the NW1/4
of section 32 in Township 7, south of Range 21 East containing
80 acres more or less situated in the County of Alachua
State of Florida together with all and and singular and the
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging in
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
