that we Jas D. Matheson and James T. McMillan Trustee for
creditors of Estate of John W. Anderson for and in con-
sideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to
us in hand paid by Mrs Lucretia Chamberlin of said State
and County the receipt whereof we hereby acknowledge
have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto her the said
Lucretia Chamberlain all those certain lots pieces parcels
or tracts of land situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua and the State of Florida designated upon 
a map or plat of the lands in said County and State
popularly known as the Leitner Lands or Leitner Planta
-tion drawn and made by Wm C. Miller and now in
the possession of Matheson & McMillan Trustees for creditors 
of the estate of John W. Anderson deceased, as lots or
sections Nos thirty seven and thirty eight containing eighty
acres more or less of land and water the same being situated
in lot or section No (8) eight of the Moses E. Levy Grant
as the same is is subdivided and numbered in the well known
maps of the Arredondo Grant, drawn and made by Burr &
Washington To have and to hold the same to her the said Lucre-
-tia Chamberlain her heirs administrators executors and 
assigns in fee simple forever. In witness whereof we have
hereunto set our hands & seals on the Twenty seventh
