Caroline Johnson for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred
and seventy five dollars paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have transferred Bargained sold and conveyed to Stephen McCall his
heirs and assigns all my right title claim and interest in and to the
within and foregoing sale of land therein described and I hereby
warrant and defend the same myself my heirs and assigns
witness my hand and seal this 2nd day of July AD 1869

that Henry Elliot and Jane W. his wife and Edwin W.
L'Engle and Eliza H. his wife of said State and County for
and in consideration of the sum of three hundred
($300.00) Dollars lawful money of the United States of
America to them in hand paid by H.C. Eddings the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said H.C. Eddings
his heirs and assign for ever all that certain tract
piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida more particularly
described as follows to wit Block one (1) of Range Four
and Block one (1) of Range five (5) comprising two lots each
two hundred (200) feet square all in section thirty three (33)
Township nine (9) Range Twenty (20) south & East Reference to
maps recorded will more fully show.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
