Know All men by these presents that we
John J. Thompson T.G. Pratt Thompson and
M. O'Hara are held and firmly bound unto
Geo F. Drew Governor of the State of Florida, or his
successors in office in the full sum of Five Hundred
dollars, for the payment of which well and truly to be
made we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors
and administrators, jointly, and severally, firmly by these
presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 19th
day of February 1877.
The condition of the above obligation is such
that whereas, the above bounder John J. Thompson
was on the 31st day of January AD 1877 duly appointed
Auctioneer for the County of Alachua in said
State: Now if the said John J. Thompson shall
well and truly perform all the duties of said office
as prescribed by law, then this obligation to be void, else
to remain in full force and virtue.
