remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the

of December AD 1876 before me Charles Edgar Mills a Commissioner of the State of Florida
in New York residing in said State of New York, personally appeared Caroline
Morgan and David P. Morgan her husband and Clara R. Bird Harriet D. Felowes and
Alice Crocker and William B. Crocker her husband to me known to be the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Instrument and acknowledged the
execution thereof to be their free acts and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and that the said Caroline Morgan and Alice Crocker
on a private examination by me separate and apart from their Husbands
