       that I Nanie C. Fellowes wife of William Fellowes Grantor in the
       foregoing Deed conveying real estate in consideration of the premises
       in said Deed mentioned and of one dollar to me in hand paid
       by Cornelius Fellowes and Birney Fellowes grantees in said deed
       mentioned the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have remised
       relinquished released renounced and by these presents do remise
       relinquish release renounce and forever quit claim unto the said
       Cornelius Fellowes and Birney Fellowes all my dower and right of 
       dower in and to the lands in the foregoing deed mentioned and made
       conveyed, To have and to hold the same unto the said Cornelius
       Fellowes and Birney Fellowes as tenants in common and not as joint
       tenants forever, and I do hereby acknowledge that I do the same
       freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
       apprehension of or from my said husband. In witness whereof I have
       hereunto set my hand and seal this        day of             one

       County of Henderson } Be it remembered that on this the 13th day
       of December in the year 1876 O.H. Lockett presiding Judge of the
       Henderson County Court the said Court being a Court of record
       and having a seal and of which said Court Geo W. Smith is Clerk
       personally appeared Mrs Nanie C. Fellowes wife of William Fellowes
       to me known, and known to me to be the person described in and
       who executed the foregoing renunciation and acknowledgement and
       acknowledged the same to be her act and deed and upon a private
       examination by me made separate and apart from her said husband
       the said Nanie C. Fellowes further acknowledged that she executed
       the said deed freely without any compulsion apprehension or fear
       of or from her said Husband William Fellows
       Witness my hand as Judge of said Court this 13th day of Dec 1876

       before me O.H. Locket presiding Judge of the Henderson County Court,
       the said Court being a Court of Record and having a seal of which said
       Court Geo W. Smith is Clerk personally appeared William
       Fellowes to me known and known to me to be one of the individ-
       -uals described in and who executed the foregoing deed and
       acknowledged the execution thereof to be his free act and deed for
       the uses and purposes therein mentioned. Witness my hand as
       Judge of said Court this 13th day of December in the year 1876

       Henderson County  } I George W. Smith Clerk of the Henderson
       County Court do hereby certify that O.H. Locket is the Judge of
       said Court duly commissioned and acting and that the name
       subscribed to the foregoing certificates of the acknowledgement of
       William Fellowes and of the acknowledgement and renunciation of
       Mrs Nanie C. Fellowes are in the true and genuine hand writing of
       said O.H. Locket witness my hand and the seal of said Court this the
