This Indenture made the thirteenth day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
six.
Between Mary E. Butterworth widow of Samuel F. Butterworth
lately of San Francisco deceased Cora Butterworth Pringle widow of
James Reid Pringle deceased and daughter of the said Samuel F. Butter
worth Blanch Butterworth Haggin wife of Louis T. Haggin and
daughter of the said Samuel F. Butterworth & the said Louis T. Haggin
of of the City & County of San Francisco the parties of the first part
and William H. Butterworth the party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of five ($5) dollars in gold coin of the
United States of America to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released,
conveyed, and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
All the right title interest which the said Samuel F. Butter-
-worth had at the time of his death in and to all of those
certain lots, pieces or parcels of land situate lying and being
respectively in the County of Nassau in the County of Duval
in the County of Alachua and in any other county in
the State of Florida which formerly belonged to Samuel
F. Butterworth aforesaid. But these presents do not
contain or impart any covenant against Taxes.
