Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest property claim
and demand whatsoever in law as well as in equity of the said
parties of the first part of in and to the said premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances to have and to hold
all and singular the said premises together with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever

and assigns, that they have not made done committed execu

One thousand eight hundred and seventy seven personally
appeared before me Sam S. Murfey a Notary Public in
and for said County and City residing therein duly com-
missioned and sworn Mary E. Butterworth (widow) Cora
Pringle (widow) Blanche B. Haggin wife of Louis T. Haggin
and the said Louis T. Haggin to me all well known to be the
persons who executed the foregoing Deed by them sealed and
subscribed and they each and severally acknowledged to me
the execution thereof to be their and each of their free act and
deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and I
further certify that on the last mentioned day the
said Blanche B. Haggin acknowledged that she made
herself a party to and executed the same for the
purpose of relinquishing her dower in and to the
lands and tenements therein described and the said
Blanche B. Haggin on a private examination taken
and made before me separate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged and says that the said relinquish-
ment and renunciation of Dower was and is made
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion or
restraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
Husband the said Louis T. Haggin to which acknowledg
ment the said Blanche B. Haggin has in my presence
