1854 I John G. Reardon Receiver of Public Moneys for the
District of lands subject to sale at Newnansville Florida hereby
certify that Moses E. Levy hath applied to enter Lots Num-
bered one and two section eighteen in Township twelve S of
Range twenty two; E. Containing fifteen 20/100 acres and
hath entered the same by virtue of certificate No one
issued to the said Moses E. Levy by the Surveyor General of
Florida on the fifteenth day of April 1851 in the matter of the
Grant to Fernando De La Maza Arredondo for 38,000 acres

This Indenture made this ninth day of February one
thousand eight hundred and seventy seven Between
David L. Yulee administrator &c of the estate of Moses
E. Levy deceased party of the first part and George
           party
R. Fairbanks^of the second part  Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part in order to carry into
                                    said
effect a contract of sale made by the^deceased in his
life time and in pursuance of the statue in such case
made and provided and in consideration of the sum of
Five dollars hath granted assigned quit claimed and
conveyed and by these presents doth grant assign quit
claim and convey unto the said party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns all the following described lands
situate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida to wit
Lots (1&2) one and two in section (18) eighteen of Township (12)
twelve & Range (22) twenty two S&E containing 15 20/100 acres also
lot two (2) of section seven (7) Township 12 Range 22 contain-
ing 50 36/100 acres Also fractional section seventeen (17) Township
(12) twelve Range (22) twenty two containing 36 20/100 also lots 4
&5 Four and five of section (19) nineteen Range 18& T7 con-
taining 119 86/100 acres also lot (1) one section (29) twenty nine
T7 Range 18, containing 36 15/100 acres also lot one (1) sec 32
Thirty two Township (7) S Range 18 East containing 42 92/100 acres
and which said lands were entered at the United States
land office at Newnansville Fla on the 5 day of April 1854
by the said George R. Fairbanks by virtue of surveyor General
Certificate No 1 in the matter of the 38000 acre grant to F de la
Maza Arredondo for his own use and benefit. To have and to hold
the said premises with the appurtenances to the said party
