Know all men by these presents that I, Abraham
Jones of Edgefield County in the State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
and fifty dollars to me in hand paid at and
before the sealing of these presents by Mrs Martha
E. Sage of Collinwood in the State of Ohio (the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold and released and by these presents
Do grant bargain sell and release unto the
said Mrs Martha E. Sage her heirs and assigns
forever all that tract or parcel of land with
all the buildings thereon situate lying and
being in the Town of Gainesville Alachua
County in the State of Florida. It being the
west half of Lot No 6 of section five Township
Ten Range Twenty in the plan of the said Town
of Gainesville Florida and containing in
the same five acres less fifteen feet on one side
and the same on one end adjoining lots belonging
to Wm C. Miller on the North J.B. Brown on the East
M. O'Hara on the south and Mrs Beattie on the
west together with all and singular the Rights
Members, Hereditaments, and appurtenances
to the said premises belonging or in any wise
incident or appertaining, To have and to hold
all and singular the said premises before mention-
ed unto the said Mrs Martha E. Sage her heirs
and assigns forever, and I do hereby bind
myself and my heirs executors and administrators
to warrant and forever defend all and singu-
-lar the said premises unto the said Mrs Martha
E. Sage her heirs and assigns against myself and
