This indenture made this 19th day of February AD 1877 Between James
Cason and Lucy Cason his wife of the County of Alachua State of
Florida parties of the first part and Peter Jackson of the same
County and State party of the second part Witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of one hundred ($100) to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by
these presents do bargain grant sell and convey a
certain tract or parcel of land lying and situate in the
said County and State and described as follows: The south
East quarter of section (5) five in Township seven (7) south
of Range nineteen East unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever to have and to
hold the same described premises withal and singular
The hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever and we the said parties of the first
part of or ourselves our heirs executors and administra-
-tors do covenant with the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns that we the said party of the
first part are now the owners of the said premises
and that we have full right and power to sell and convey
the same in fee simple absolute: that the said premises
are free and clear of all encumbrances whatever and that
we the said parties of the first part and our heirs will
warrant and defend the said premises, with appurten-
ances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever In witness whereof the said parties of
the first part have hereunto set our hands and seals

Know all men by these presents that I, Lucy Cason
wife of James Cason for and in consideration of the
sum of one dollar hundred dollars to me in hand
paid by Peter Jackson the grantee in the above and
the receipt is hereby acknowledged have remised released
and quit claimed and by these presents do remise
release and quit claim unto the said Peter Jackson
