his heirs and assigns all and all manner of Dower
and right and title of Dower which I, Lucy Cason now
have or may or ought to have in, to or out of the said
premises granted to the said Peter Jackson with the
appurtenances, so that neither I, Lucy Cason nor any person
or persons whatever for me or in my name any manner
of dower or right of dower or action whatever of the hereditaments
and premises granted to the said Peter Jackson or in any part
hereafter shall claim or prosecute against the said Peter Jackson
his heirs or assigns In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand
and seal this nineteenth day day of February AD 1877

ally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace for said County
and acknowledged that executed the above relinquishment of
Dower freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her Husband

Alachua County   } This indenture made and entered into
this the 6th sixth day of February AD 1877 Eighteen hundred
and seventy seven between O.D. Morris of the first part
and Moses Endel and Marcus Endel merchants doing
business under the firm name of Moses Endel & Son all of
Alachua County Florida Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Two hundred and thirteen dollars ($213.00) to him in hand
paid by the parties of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath this day granted bargained
and sold and by these presents does grant bargain give and con-
vey unto the said parties of the second part their heirs and assig-
-ns forever the following described lot or parcel of land lying
and being in the Town of Gainesville Florida and more partic-
ularly described as the south half of Lot (2) Block (3) three
Range seven being one half of the lot known as the Zet
rour Lot and conveyed to the party of the first part by the
heirs of John R. Zetrour by deed under date of the 7th December
1876 Recorded in Deed Book "I" Page 578 & 579 to have and 
to hold the above described property unto the said parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns in fee simple
forever, and the said party of the first part covenants and
agrees to protect and defend the said parties of the sec-
-ond part in their right and title to the same within
