Described premises against all adverse claims of whatever
nature or character and he hereby binds himself his his
heirs and assigns so to do as fully and perfectly as Law and
Equity shall require.

This Indenture made this Twentieth day of December in the
year eighteen hundred and seventy five between Charles W. Brush
at present of San Francisco and State of California Ex-
ecutor of the last will and testament of Nehemiah Brush
deceased of the first part, and Harriet Martin of the
Town of Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the second part. Whereas Nehemiah Brush by his last
will and testament dated the tenth day of March, in
the year eighteen hundred and forty three, duly ad-
mitted to probate and now of record in the office of the
Clerk of Alachua County and State of Florida authorized
and empowered his Executors therein named to sell and
convey certain real estate also in said will named and
whereas the party hereto of the first part the surviving ex-
ecutor named in said will, by virtue of such author-
ity has sold to the said party hereto of the second part a
portion of said real estate, which is hereinafter described
for the sum of one hundred and twenty five dollars,
which amount has been fully paid by the said party
of the second part as is hereby admitted
Now therefor this Indenture Witnesseth: that in consid-
eration of the premises, and of one Dollar, the said party
of the first part, Executor aforesaid, doth grant
bargain sell alien release convey and confirm unto the
said party hereto of the second part her heirs and assigns
forever, in fee, all of that lot or parcel of ground
situate and lying in the Town of Gainesville Alachu-
