Alachua County   } This Indenture made this the fifth day of February AD
eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven between W.W. Scott trustee for
Martha Hague and her heirs of the first part and Cornelius Pendar
of the Second part all of the State and County aforesaid Witnesseth
that the party of the first part for and in consideration of the
the Sum of Three hundred Dollars lawful Money of the US to him
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
bargained and Sold and by these presents doth bargain Sell and
Convey unto the party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
for ever all and Singular the following described piece or
parcel of land lying and being in Alachua County and
State of Florida known and described as the West half of
the South West quarter of Section Sixteen Township eight South
of Range Nineteen East Containing Eighty Acres together
with all and Singular the hereditaments and Appurtenances there-
to belonging or in any wise, appertaining and the party of
the first part will warrant and defend the title of the
above premises to the party of the Second part his heirs and
Assigns forever. In Witness whereof the Said party of the
first part has hereunto Set his hand and seal this the

going deed of Conveyance for the purpose therein

This Indenture made and entered into on this fifth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
seven between John McRae of the City of Wilmington, State of
North Carolina Surviving Trustee, duly appointed by the Florida
Rail Road Company, party of the first part, and Wilmot B. Coleman wife
of William E. Coleman party of the second part Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum
Fifty dollars lawful money of the United States to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath given granted aliened
aliened bargained Sold transferred; And both by these presents
