grounds, rights of way and such other property that may be donated to and
in the construction of said other than Lands derived by Government or State
aid as may be hereafter acquired by the party of the first part.
     This Trust and the security hereby intended extends to such mortgaged
Bonds only as shall be registered and countersigned by said Trustee. And when 
all said Bonds shall be discharged the trust herein created shall cease
and upon the payment of said Bonds issued thereunder both principal and
interest the estate hereby granted to the party of the second part shall be
void and the right to the premises hereby conveyed shall revert to and
vest in the said Company without any acknowledgment of satisfaction re-
conveyance, re entry or other act.
     The said Trustee shall countersign and register the whole or any part
of said Three Hundred Bonds at any time or times when requested so
to do by the said party of the first part the same being first signed
by the President and secretary and sealed with the seal of the said
Company and shall deliver the same to the said party of the 
first part to be disposed of according to law.
     The said party of the first part agrees to and with the said party
of the second part that the amount of the Bonds hereunder issued shall
not exceed in the aggregate the sum of Three hundred thousand dollars
in three hundred Bonds of One thousand dollars each.
     And the Peninsular Railroad Company further agrees and covenants that
the money borrowed or procured for the purpose aforesaid upon the security of
said Bonds shall be faithfully applied to the completion furnishing and
equipping and operating of the rail road by the ironing and equipping thereof
and to no other use or purpose whatever and the said application shall be
made with dilligence.
     And the said party of the first part covenants and agrees that for the
further security and payment of said Bond it will by its President and
Vice President and at least two of its directors at some convenient day within
ten days preceeding the thirty first day of December in each year commencing
in December Anno Domini on thousand eight hundred and seventy eight des-
ignated by lot an amount of the Bonds issued under and secured by Mortgage
equal to one per centum of the outstanding Bonds.  That said Company will
at once give notice of the numbers of said Bond so designated for payment
If the holder or owner is registered upon its books then a personal notice shall
be given by depositing a written or printed notice of the Bonds designated
for the payment in the payment the Post Office directed to the registered
holder thereof postage paid.  If any of the Bonds so designated for pay-
ment are not resgistered upon the books of the Company then notice shall
be given by a publication of the numbers designated for payment in two
or more of the daily newspapers printed in the State of Florida said publi-
cation of said notice shall be continued at least once a week until the
succeeding July when the interest upon the Bond so designated for
payment shall cease.
     It is further mutually agreed and declared that until default
shall be made in the payment of the said Bonds or some of some
of them or the interest upon the same or some of them at the time
or times when the same shall become payable, the said party of
the first part shall have the right to retain keep and hold possession
