in said fourth Judicial Circuit on the eight day
    of October AD one thousand eight hundred and 
    seventy six upon a petition duly made, I the said
    Smilie A. Gregg as administrator as aforesaid was auth
    orised and empowered to sell and convey and to make
    execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers good
    and sufficient title to all on any portion of the real
    Estate in the State of Florida which the said J. Eli
    Gregg died possessed all of which will more fully appear
    by reference being had to pages 138 to 144 of the Chancery
    Order Book of the Public records of the County of Alachua
    State of Florida, Now known therefor ye that I the said Smilie
    A. Gregg as administrator as aforesaid by virtue of the authority
    and power in me vested as aforesaid and in consideration
    of the sum of fifty dollars lawful money of the United
    States to me paid by William Pottis of the town of Terre
    Haute County of Vigo and State of Indiana the receipt
    whereof is hereby acknowledged and confessed have given gran-
    ted bargained sold remised released and conveyed and by these
    presents do give grant bargain sell remise release convey and
    confirm unto the said William Pottis and to his heirs and assigns
    forever all that certain tract or parcel of land lying being
and situate in the said County of Alachua and State of Florida
    and particularly known and described on public map of said
    State as the North East quarter of the North East quarter
    of section three (3) Township eight (8) south of Range
    twenty one (21) East containing Forty acres more or 
    less together with all and singular the rights and
    privileges tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
    to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining and
    also all the right title estate and interest that the
    said J. Eli Gregg at his decease had in and to the same
    and every part and parcel thereof in fee simple forever
                                          and granted
    To have and to hold the above described^premises with all
    the appurtenances unto the said William Pottis and to his
    heirs and assigns to his and their use benefit and behoof
    forever and I Smilie A. Gregg for myself my heirs executors
    and administrators do hereby covenant to and with the said William
    Pottis his heirs and assigns that in pursuance of the decree
    aforesaid I give the bond by law required and in all things
    observed the requirements of the law and of said decree
