  Know all men by these presents that I, Edward Dryer and
    Dryer of the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County Florida
for and in Consideration of the Sum of ($155 06/100) One hundred
and fifty five dollars and six one hundredths dollars to me in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by
Mrs Hattie L. Sanchez wife of E.C.F. Sanchez of the town
of Gainesville Florida we hereby assign transfer set over
all of our right title and interest in and to the part
of Lot twenty three (23) being a part of Brushes addi-
tion to the town of Gainesville being (133) feet by 660
feet which we have agreed to purchase from said
Brushes estate and we agree that the title to said lot
of land shall be made by the Agent of Said Brushes
estate to Mrs Hattie L. Sanchez, In Witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and seals this the day

 This Indenture mad the Sixth day of November in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Seventy five between Julia Cessna and W.K. Cessna her husband
Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband and Franklin
Johnson and Sarah E. Johnson his wife parties of the first
part and Elizabeth A. Hobert party of the second part Wit-
nesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Four hundred and Eighty four
50/100 Dollars lawful money of the United States to them
in hand paid by the said party of the first part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold aliened
remised released conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and Confirm
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
