quarter, the whole of the north west quarter; the north
west quarter of the south east quarter; the south half
of the south east quarter; the north east quarter of the
south west quarter and the south west quarter of the
south west quarter of section Thirty and in township
Eight, south of range twenty two East, containing four
Hundred forty one & 44/100 acres more or less.

Together with all & singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate
right, title interest, dower and right of dower property
Claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part of in and
to the same with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold the above described premises with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs executors administrators
and assigns as their absolute property in fee simple
forever, and the said Samuel A. Swan for himself and
for all others claiming by, though, or under him, doth
covenant and agree that he is seized in fee simple
of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above
premises, by deed from John McRae surviving trustee of
Florida Railroad Company bearing date January 8" 1877
and that he has conveyed the same free and discharged
from all incumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description created by himself, and that the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns, shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming
by, through or under them, the said parties of the first part.

Alfred Poindexter a Justice of the Peace in & for said County personally
appeared Samuel A. Swann and Martha R. Swann his wife on this ninth
day of March AD 1877 who severally acknowledged that they executed
the foregoing deed: and I further certify that the said Martha R. Swann
being at the time separate & apart from her said husband did ackno-
wledge under her hand and seal that she executed the foregoing
deed of conveyance to Nathan C. Petit and that she joined in the said
deed for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing all dower
or right of Dower in and to the premises described therein |
