Nathan Spencer had in his life time & at the time of his decease
& which the said parties of he first part or either of them have or hath
by virtue of the letters of administration or otherwise of in and to the same
& every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances, To have and to
hold the said above premises above mentioned & described & hereby
granted & conveyed or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his & their only
proper use benefit and behoof forever,
And the said parties of the first part by virtue of the author-
ity vested in them as administratrix and administrator
of the said Nathan Spencer deceased will covenant and defend
the above granted premises in the quiet and peaceable poss-
ession of the said party of the second part his heirs & assigns forever

deed of conveyance for the purpose therein stated and that

County of Fairfield     } I, Walter B. Simonton of the County and
State above written for and in consideration of the sum of Five
hundred dollars good and lawful money to me in hand paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold
granted and release and and by these presents do bargain sell grant
and release unto Thomas McCredie of the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida a certain tract or parcel of Land situated in
section twenty six Township Eleven Range twenty East in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida as described as follows
to wit Commencing on a stake in the street on the section line
dividing sections Twenty six and Thirty five The said stake being the
corner of Margaret Shufords Land, Running thence north three degrees
west seventeen chains and eighteen links to a to a stake in center of street
thence west three and one half Degrees, south thirty three chains and
thirty five links to a stake thence south three degrees East seventeen
chains and twenty links, to a stake on section line dividing sections
section Twenty six and thirty five thence East three and one half
degrees North along section line thirty three chains and thirty
links to the beginning containing fifteen acres of land more
