County of Nassau } Be it known that on the 7th day of July AD 1876
before me W.M. Maxwell Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for
said County came D.L. Yulee to me well known as the Grantor in the 
foregoing instrument and President of the Peninsular Rail Road Company
who acknowledged that he executed the foregoing instrument as President
of said Company and that he caused the seal of said Company to
be impressed thereon for the uses and purposes expressed in said instru-
ment.
    Given under my hand and seal this the day and year first
above written.

     This Indenture } made the second day of June Anno Domini Eighteen
Hundred and Seventy Six between John B. Blake of the City of Washington
 Trustee for Mrs Margaret Blake
xParty of the x Louisa C. Burge of the City of Charleston County of Charleston
         xFirst part and
and State of South Carolina party of the second part - Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part have for and in consideration of One Hundred
Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained sold transferred and do by these presents give grant alien
bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part
and her heirs executors Administrators and assigns forever all that certain
lot Tract or Parcel of Land situate lying and being in the Town of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida and known and described
in the Official plat of said Town as lot number Five (5) in Block
number Ten (10) which said lot is Thirty three feet in width by
Seventy five feet in depth and fronts Sparkman Street on the
South East and Kennard Street on the North West.
     Togther with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging; and also all the estate right title
interest property claim and demand whatsoever as well in law
   in
asxEquity of the said party of the first of in and to the same with the
appurtenances          To have and to hold the above described premises
with the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the
second part and her heirs Executors Administrators and assigns as
her and their absolute property in fee simple forever and the said 
John B. Blake Trustee for himself and for all others claiming by 
through or under him do covenant and agree that he as trustee is seized
in fee simple of a good and indefeasible estate in and to the above premises
by deed from the trustees of the Florida Railroad Company bearing date
June 12th 1887 and that he has conveyed the same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every kind nature
and description created by him as trustee and that the said party
of the second part her heirs and assigns shall quietly and peacably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
