part all that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua State of Florida and more particularly known and described
on the public records and maps of said State as the west half of the
south east quarter of the South west quarter of Section five in Town-
ship eight south of Range Twenty two East containing Twenty acres
more or less (W1/2 of SE1/4 of Sec 5 T8 S R22 E 20 acres) To have and to

hold the above described premises together with all^the rights and
privileges immunities easements and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in any wise appertaining unto the said party of the second part
and his executors administrators & heirs as their absolute property in
fee simple forever, and the said party of the first part for himself
and successors as Trustees as aforesaid and for the said Florida
Rail Road Company, and for all others claiming by through or
under him or them doth covenant and agree that he is seized as
Trustee of a good and indefeasable fee simple to the above premi-
ses and that he has good right to convey the same, as he has conveyed
the same, free and discharged from all incumbrances and liens of any
and every nature and description created by himself or his Co Trustee
James T. Soutter now deceased, and that the said party of the second
part his executors administrators heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatever, lawfully claiming under him as Trustee aforesaid, and
that he and his successor or successors will at any time and at
all times make such further covenants conveyances and assurances
at the expense of the said party of the second part as he the said party of
the second part his administrators heirs or assigns, counsel learned
