This Indenture, made the 30th day of December in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy six Between
Joseph W. Sutton and his wife E.A. Sutton of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the first part and George
Reddish of the County and State aforesaid of the second part
Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in con
sidertion of the sum of one hundred and ninety dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents grant bargain sell alien
remise release convey and confirm unto the said party of the 
second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain
lot of Land lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida described as follows as the west half of the south
East quarter of the south west quarter of section five in Town-
ship eight south of Range twenty two east containing twenty
acres more or less - W1/2 of SE1/4 of Sec (5) T8 R22 E 20 acres
Together with all and singular the Lands tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders rents
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest dower and right of Dower separate estate property pos-
session claim and demand whatsoever as well in Law as in
equity of the said parties of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances: To have
and to hold the above granted bargained and described premises
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns to their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever.
And that the said parties of the first part for themselves for their
heirs administrators and executors do covenant and promise and agree
to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
that the said parties of the first part at time of the sealing and
                                          in fee simple
delivery of these presents, are lawfully seized^of a good absolute
and indefeasable estate of inheritance of and in all and singular
the above granted bargained and described premises with the
appurtenances thereto and have good right full power and lawfull
authority to grant bargain sell and convey the same in man-
ner and form aforesaid, and that the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times hereafter
peaceably and quietly have, hold, use, occupy, possess and enjoy
the above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances without any let suit trouble molestation eviction
or disturbance of the said parties of the first part their heirs or
assigns or of any other person or persons lawfully claiming or 
to claim the same and that the same are now clear free and
discharged and unincumbered of and from all former and other
grants titles charges estates judgements taxes assessments and
