the foregoing acknowledgement her name being with her own

This Indenture, made the 3d" day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight Hundred and seventy six
Between Joseph W. Sutton and his wife E.A. Sutton of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part,
and James L. Neel, of the State and County aforesaid
of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of sixty Dollars, lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant,
bargain sell, alien, remise, release convey & confirm unto the
said party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever all that lot or parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida described
as follows: As the East Half of the south West quarter
of the North West quarter of section eight in township
eight south of Range Twenty two East, containing twenty acres
more or less, E1/2 of SW1/4 of NW1/4 of S8 T8 S of R
22 E - 20 acres. Together with all & singular the
Lands, tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
