Alachua County   }  This Indenture made and entered into this the
thirteenth day of June AD Eighteen hundred and seventy six between Frank
Brown Senior of the County and State aforesaid party of the first part
and his son Frank Brown Junior party of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
love and affection and one dollar to him in hand paid by the
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
have this day bargained sold and delivered and by these presents
doth bargain sell deliver and convey unto the party of the second
part his heirs and assigns in fee simple forever the following described
lands and personal property to wit: The south East quarter of the south
west quarter of section twenty in Township eleven south of Range Eighteen
east containing thirty nine acres and ninety eight one hundredths of
an acre. Said land located near Archer Florida in the County 
and State aforesaid Also one horse, name Nellie roan color to have
and hold said described property unto the party of the second part
his heirs administrators and assigns in fee simple forever
